How long does the candle pouring session last?

Custom candle pouring lasts anywhere from 25 - 45 minutes! We welcome reservations and walk-ins. You will pour a candle using our DIY Menu with the support of our team.

What is the cost?

The cost is determined by the vessel you chose. Our prices start at $30.00. This price includes a seat at the table and everything you need to make your custom candle!

Can I have a private event?

Are reservations required?

While reservations are not required, we highly recommend them! You can email your preferred reservation time to thecandlebarwh@gmail.com.

What is the age requirement to pour a candle?

Because our candle pouring workshops include handling hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 6 years or older to participate. Anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian sign their waiver. A legal guardian does not have to be present, but they must have at least one chaperone.

Can I take my candle home with me after pouring?

Our candles require two hours to cure after pouring. You can pick it up later that day (during open business hours) or we can ship your candle to you for $12! (Continental US Only)

How do I keep my candle from tunneling?

1. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch each time before burning. Long or crooked wicks can cause uneven burning.

2. Let the wax pool completely across each time you light it.

3. We recommend you don't burn longer than 4-5 hours at a time. This will prevent excessive heat build up.

4. Keep your candle within sight! Try not to move your candle unless the wax is completely dry.

Can I refill a vessel from the past?

For any Candle Bar vessel - YES! We love when people give their candles a second life. Just drop your empty and cleaned vessel off at our location, and our team will repour it for you! Cost determined by vessel size. Costs starting at $12.00.
