SHIPPING POLICY

*WILLOWHILL MARKETPLACE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT HAPPENS AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING.

At Willowhill Marketplace, we pride ourselves on providing fast shipping on all orders. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped the next business day.  

You can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Willowhill Marketplace!  We will provide a return shipping label for your returned item. 

That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria: 

  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached. 

  • Customer will be refunded in shop credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) 

    Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.  You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed. 

  • All accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE! 

  • All items purchased with a 20% or higher discount are FINAL SALE!  If a final sale item is shipped back to Willowhill Marketplace, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer.   Willowhill Marketplace holds no liability on tracking the package once it leaves our facility. 

  • Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns.
