This is a prompted Gratitude Journal that will guide you to deeper gratitude with seven weekly prompts. You can choose to answer one prompt per day or simply set aside one day per week to go through all seven.
Within this journal, you will find prompts like " I am lucky to have ___ in my life, this is why" and "What past experiences are you feeling grateful for this week?"
